ST PETER LINE LTD “Princess Maria” & “Princess Anastasia” ferry

Automation of the bars, restaurants and shops of the ferries. The project lasted for 10 months. During this period there was a complex diagnosis of the ferry. The technical assignment to modify the software chosen (“Traktir Head-Office” based on “1C:Enterprise8 “platform) was completed and confirmed. Before the beginning of the implementation the interface of the software was translated into English for the barmen, storekeepers and chefs. We accomplished the adjustment of the users’ rights and inventory tools, automation of the bill loading and implementation of the combined record keeping of the foodstuff (in weight for public catering, in pieces for shops and supermarkets). Moreover to meet St PETER LINE management’s special needs we developed some additional analytical accounting. After modification “Traktir” software was installed on the computers of the ferry during a voyage and not a single bar or restaurant had to be closed for more than 12 hours. Also some new shop equipment was installed: data terminal Casio with Mobile Logistics software. It helped to make accounting easy and to carry out the inventory of the goods in-stock. The software is set in operation and being maintained by our specialists.

“Coffeeshop Company” chain

Automation based on “Traktir: Front-Office”. Seven cafes in a chain are turnkey automated units: all the necessary equipment supplied, the software is adjusted and the staff is trained. All the cafes are coordinated by IT-specialists of “SoftBalance” company that helps to solve the possible problems on time.

“Dieta-18” grocery store chain

Automation based on “Dalion: Shop Management. PRO”. Equipment of the trading floor without closing of the shop. Staff training was being carried out in advanced on specially prepared work places. Installation and alignment works were carrying out at night. On the one hand this project wasn’t an easy one, but one the other hand the thorough staff-training resulted in a successful launching. 14 working places were set in operation under the control of only 2 specialists and there were no serious system failures.

Retailer stores of Petrol Station “KirishiAutoService” chain

Automation based on “Dalion: Shop Management. Net 1.x.” The software installed makes it possible to automate the process of acceptance, shifting, sales and inventory of goods in the storehouse and in the shop. Plenty of descriptive accountings let the manager track the situation in the shop and take necessary decisions. The usage of the automated cash registers let eliminate human factor in selling process and shorten the queues. Commissioning is successfully over and the staff is ready to use the program.

“IN-TUNING” Service Center

Automation with the help of “Dalion:AutoMarket” based on “1C:Enterprise8 “ platform. Now the management of the service center gets the finance accounting in several minutes and the assistants serve customers faster.

Television and Radio Broadcasting Company “St. Petersburg 5 channel”

The project of in implementation of “1C:Enterprise8” software is officially over. The system allowed organizing the accounting, management accounting, tax accounting in the united data base. There is a complex management of the finance. The management of the company can get the financial information in any form and run costs in real-time. 51 work places were automated.

JSC “IDGC of the North-West”

The project of “1C:Payroll&HR” implementation. The developing of payroll and HR regulations and their automation for more than 15 000 employees is successfully finished. 380 users from 8 branches of the company work in the united system. All these increased the efficiency of the company personnel policy.

CJSC “FORD MOTOR COMPANY” FORD tm

The project of accounting, payroll and HR automation is over. The new system let standardize the accounting on three enterprises of the Holding .There are 400 system users.

LLC “TOYOTA MOTOR MANUFACTORING RUSSIA” tm TOYOTA

The project of implementation and automation of accounting on manufacturing enterprise is finished. It’s resulted in the automation of the regulated, operated and management accounting on the enterprise. Also the model of budget enterprise management was developed and implemented.

SAINT PETERSBURG STATE UNIVERSITY

The project of accounting automation in the 32 subdivisions of the Saint Petersburg State University is officially over. 300 users work in a system based on “1С:BudgetEntepriseAccounting” and “1C:Consolidated Reports”. All the subdivisions carry out the accounting according to one standard, which makes the process of gathering the consolidated information easier.
